An experienced journalist and filmmaker based in Brussels, Bryan Carter has worked since 2008 as a correspondent and video journalist for international outlets including Euronews, Associated Press, RTBF, Al Jazeera and NBC. His reporting has covered a wide range of topics, from breaking news and international politics to environmental disasters and global trade.
He also spent five years as co-editor-in-chief of Equal Times, focusing on labour issues, social justice and human rights.
In addition to his journalism work, Bryan has written, produced and directed two award-winning feature documentaries. One explored the rise of far-right movements in Greece during the financial and migration crises, while the second investigated social dumping in Europe’s road transport sector and the growing East–West divide within the European Union.
Alongside his reporting and filmmaking, he leads educational workshops in schools on fake news and disinformation and training for organisations on how to shoot and edit video.
