We have a team of international trainers who can deliver courses in multiple languages. All our courses are available in English, and most can be offered in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch. Please contact us if you need training in other languages.

We offer in-person, online, and hybrid courses. Most of our trainings can be adapted for video call sessions, and we’ve even planned and hosted fully virtual conferences.

Once we receive your enquiry, we may request additional information or schedule a call to better understand your goals. Based on the information provided, we’ll prepare a training proposal tailored to your needs.
After a proposal is accepted, we conduct a pre-training survey to understand the training goals and audience. This includes the number of attendees, their roles and seniority, existing knowledge of the topic and main challenges faced.
Based on this information, we connect clients with our trainers ahead of the session to discuss content and logistics. The Clear Europe team is always available before and during the training to provide any further support.
All our courses are tailored to your needs. You won’t get an off-the-shelf training from us.
We prioritise practical skills over abstract theory, so participants can apply what they learn straight away. We also want you to have fun while learning, which is why we prefer interactive exercises and role plays to long-winded lectures.
Our trainers are all experts in their fields and bring decades of journalism, communication and digital experience to their coaching. They are also passionate about what they teach and are keen to share their expertise with you.
Some of our courses include handouts, guides and checklists to support participants’ learning. Depending on your organisation’s needs, we can also create fully customised materials from scratch.
Yes, we can provide certificates for all courses upon request.
At the end of each course, we conduct a post-training feedback survey. Trainings can also include follow-up sessions, coaching, or one-to-one support. We are always available to provide post-training assistance and can suggest potential add-ons to further enrich the learning experience.
