In June 2019, we provided a writing and storytelling workshop for global beer brand Heineken in their Amsterdam HQ.

Over the course of a day, our trainers Danny Scheinmann and Gareth Harding spoke to a large group of senior communicators within the company who were looking to sharpen their storytelling and writing skills. Through a series of interactive exercises and role plays we showed participants how to craft powerful stories and connect with audiences. And in the writing workshop we focused on how to master the ABCs of good writing: accuracy, brevity and clarity.

Several months later we were tasked with rewriting the company’s website content and drafting their first global style guide – a task which required writing that was fresh but not frothy. Just like a glass of Heineken!
