Isabelle Leonard is a communications expert specialising in crisis communication, media training and public speaking. She supports executives and spokespeople in delivering clear, confident and impactful messages, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Her approach is highly practical and hands-on. Rather than relying on theory or slides, Isabelle focuses on real-life scenarios, using tailored exercises and immediate feedback to help clients apply communication techniques directly to their own cases. Her approach emphasises learning through practice, enabling individuals to refine their message and delivery in real time.
In one-to-one coaching, Isabelle works beyond technical skills. Through careful observation and targeted questioning, she helps clients strengthen their presence, manage stress and communicate authentically across a range of settings, including media interviews, presentations, keynotes and boardroom discussions. Her work combines strategic communication with psychological insight to support lasting improvement.
Isabelle also brings a strong journalistic perspective, having conducted interviews for cultural documentaries for Belgian television (RTBF). This experience gives her insight into both the interviewer’s expectations and the challenges faced by interviewees.
She taught pedagogy for 13 years at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Together with her experience as a life coach, this has shaped her approach to training, integrating both psychological and pedagogical dimensions to help clients build confidence, presence and impact.
Isabelle’s training sessions are practical, focused and results-driven, with the objective of enabling participants to communicate effectively and perform at their best in any professional context.
