"Jacques is a fantastic trainer. He connects with the participants right from the start, is smart, approachable and encourages real discussions. This is the only online training I have participated in where it felt like we were all in the same room. Jacques clearly understands the online sphere well and presents the information in a digestible format. His insights have already helped us readjust what we post, where and when, and we will use the workshop exercises in the future to help us decide what projects are worth pursuing."
