An American writer and thought-leadership strategist, Rhea Wessel helps professionals and organisations grow their businesses by developing and publishing thought leadership. She advises and trains clients on ideation, messaging, AI writing and how to identify and articulate their most valuable ideas.
Before moving into consulting and training, Rhea worked as a journalist, writing thousands of stories on a wide range of topics. Her work has appeared in major international outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the BBC.
As a writer and editor for companies, she has since produced thousands of additional stories across more than 30 industries, helping organisations communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Rhea is the founder of The Institute for Thought Leadership, a B2B training and consulting company that helps organisations scale their ideas through thought-leadership publishing, research and programmes.
She is also the author of Write Like a Thought Leader (2022), with her next book, How To Write A Big-Idea Book with AI, scheduled for publication in 2026.
