Lilit is a narrative strategist, senior adviser and trainer with over 25 years of international experience across human rights, health, and gender justice, including the last decade focused on narrative change and strategic communications. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Human Rights, and has worked at the intersection of advocacy, movement building and strategic communications in Europe and globally.

After more than a decade in EU policy advocacy, Lilit went on to lead pioneering work in narrative change, bringing together behavioural and social science, advocacy and movement building to help organisations navigate complex political environments and strengthen their public impact.

At the International Planned Parenthood Foundation, she established and led the organisation’s narrative work, building it into an internal centre of expertise and supporting partners across Europe. She later served as Director of Comms Hub, a start-up foundation supporting civil society in 13 European countries through data-driven communications, research, mentoring, and campaign support.

Today, Lilit advises funders, EU institutions, and civil society organisations on narrative and engagement strategies that build trust, cut through noise and mobilise action.
