David Labi is an internationally experienced storyteller, communication strategist and trainer with over 20 years of work across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Far East. With an engaging teaching style and creative approach, David helps organisations communicate with clarity, confidence, and emotional resonance – whether on stage, in meetings, or in front of the camera.

As the founder of Good Point Agency, David has led storytelling and communication projects for global NGOs, foundations, EU-funded initiatives, and international institutions. His clients have included UNHCR, Oxfam, Greenpeace, WWF, the British Council, BMW Foundation, and many others. He has delivered narrative workshops across the world, from Brussels and Berlin to Buenos Aires and Tokyo, supporting teams to find their voice, shape their message and connect authentically with their audiences.

David’s professional background spans journalism, publishing, creative direction, and broadcast media. He worked as a writer and director for Japan’s global TV news network NHK World, served as editor for major magazines in Tokyo and Buenos Aires, and contributed to international media outlets. His editorial training gives him a sharp instinct for clarity, structure, and impactful messaging – skills he brings directly into his trainings.

Alongside his communication work, David is a performer and filmmaker. His acclaimed one-man theatre show “Pieces of a Man” has toured internationally, offering a unique perspective on voice, presence, and human storytelling. He has directed documentaries, short films, and music videos, always exploring what makes stories land and how audiences connect.

As a trainer, David is known for his warmth, energy, and highly practical approach. His workshops empower participants to speak with confidence, structure their ideas, and bring authenticity to their communication.
